This is a very ingenious choice for U. I agree, the unfurling of the ferns as they begin to grow is something to enjoy. Are these in your garden? If I'd gotten around to posting today, I would have used umbrella, but fortunately it's not raining here today. (Comment moderation today is very appropriate: the letters are "affog," which is what I'm in today.)
Ferns are beautiful plants. I have a natural garden on the cliff next to my cabin. Ferns can cling to some of the most precarious spots and brighten up a dark rock face. I invite you to come see my U is for Use and Re-Use. -- Margy
Ferns have had a lot of practice at being prehistoric. A perfect selection for U'r post.
ReplyDeleteThanks for looking by.
I tried to figure out what your word was from the picks before I scrolled down and I couldn't! Very creative!

Ferns are one of my favourite plants! I have some in my garden and I love to see their fronds unfurling, in the growing season.
