Privacy

Thanks for continuing to read my ramblings! I am hoping to not be 'Invitation Only' for long, maybe 2 weeks or so.

I made the mistake of leaving myself open to being traced to here by someone who is not part of the blogging community, and whom I know as an acquaintance in the 'real world'. I am very cross with myself for being so careless! I am hoping the interest will wain with time and I can be open again. I really don't mind what people read here, it is how they comment and form opinions which may impact in the non virtual world with which I am concerned.

Anyway, thanks for all your comments. I have always found bloggyland a very supportive and non judgemental place. Hope you do to.

Hey, it's lovely to be invited - hope things "cool down" again soon!

OOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooooo it's like a lock-in, or being let in the side door. How very fab.

And of course, how very tedious of the corporeal world to be so arsey and unhelpful.

Pleased you asked me in and I am very sorry that you have had this problem.
Why do people put bad comments in? They could always go away!

To be fair Maggie, it wasn't that bad, I just felt it was unhelpful, a little judgmental and unenlightened. Where as most people that visit know the whole story, one person visiting once does not know best.

Thanks to everyone who wants to keep visiting!

I've never considered what would happen if someone found my blog. Would my children forgive the past, knowing how I truly felt? I'm sure my co-workers wouldnt be very happy! x

I'm here so it worked! I left myself open last year so stopped blogging for a while. It was quite scary at the time.

I was worried when I couldn't access your blog, Suburbia, then I realized I hadn't checked my e-mail for a few days. Thanks for the invitation; it's too bad that someone else has to spoil things and make it necessary to go private here.

Just read your last post, and I do remember that poem--the storm clouds were beginning to gather then, weren't they? As for moving out, as hard as that would be for the children, it might be easier on them than you think. And I would think it would make your life much more pleasant!

Oooh, I'm one of the Suburbia gang, what fun! Sorry to hear you're being got at by someone. I hope they drift away again as you say. I guess women are more open to unwanted commenters, luckily that hasn't yet happened to me.

I find thats the trouble with facebook, people ask to be "in" and its churlish to say no.so one has to impose self censorship to avoid hurt feelings.
