Orchid house

At the Botanical Gardens again, in one of the hot houses we found some orchids.
Sadly my camera ran out of battery so the quality of these pictures isn't too good. Luckily I had my ipad to hand and took them on that. It was only in the rucksack because I had a Voucher Code on it so that we could have cheap pizza afterwards - but that's another story!

I love theses ones, they looked as though they had rags hanging from them

these are my favourites, they look a bit evil don't you think?

The ones below are also favourites, all so wonderful and 'other worldly'

The other bonus was that it was lovely and warm in the greenhouses!

And by the way...

Happy Easter!

Are these Botanical Gardens in Bristol? We have something similar here in Dublin and only about a mile away, so we are regular visitors and the big old glasshouses were always somewhere warm to hang out with a pram in winter :)

And a very happy Easter to you and yours too!

The orchids are exquisite and it must have been lovely seeing them altogether in a waum place! My parents used to grow orchids and those pictures reminded me of them.
Happy, Easter, Suburbia.

Fabulous flowers. We also have a Botanical Garden, near Queen's University. About time I paid another visit.

I hope you're having a great Easter!

Yes, LFBS, the University Botanic Garden is about 10 minutes drive away on a quiet day. It's a real gem in the centre of the city.

Easter blessings to you, your kids, and the mystery man. Gentle Bear hugs, too!
